thanks kum, the last is good for blogs with a lot of photos, but works some slow.

There’s always a trade-off between function and speed. There more your blog can do, the slower it will load!
by Kumiko
I love it.
Whoever you are, you’re inspiring me with this stuff.
So, did you keep your old blogspot blog address or create this one from scratch?
Paula

I found Gecko and Fly a few weeks back, but I always have trouble with their layouts. Either they give me an error (which I can sometimes fix but not always), or they DO upload but then look completely out of whack and nothing like the preview… On one of my blogs though I am using the layout with the road. Anyway, great post. And great work with the linkage at the end too

@Paula - Thanks! It’s all about the content
All I did was use the custom domain feature in Blogger to change to do this address. Everything was automated and very easy. I’ll be writing about the domain change in the near future.
@Tay - I’ll check out the templates and see how they run.

Kumiko i like your blog and u know these free blogging templates sometimes made me fed up because i am not expert in blogging. Do u have any advice on free templates on XMLL ?
by Hannie
They look very wordpressy, don’t they?
That’s a good thing though, I know a few blog snobs who look down at blogger templates. It shouldn’t matter what blogging system you’re on.

To be honeset, I dislike all the theme you’ve listed here…too old and too messy for my taste….check my list here:

*not advertising my site or anything at all just wanted to share the great themes i’ve come across the internet because i think they’re all great… awesome design and most importantly they’re all SEO friendly. cheers
