Making money online just became easier as Google has just confirmed that it’s now possible to run other contextual ads alongside Google Adsense!

For those who don’t know, Google Adsense is a program that enables webmasters to display ads on their site. Google uses “contextual advertising” which means that the ads scan your site and display ads that are relevant to your site. For example, if your site was about ‘karaoke’ (one of my favorite hobbies!) your site would automatically display ads about ‘karaoke’.

Webmasters can make money out of this as every time somebody clicks on the ad, the webmaster makes money! How much money is made varies on the topic of the site and what type of ads can be displayed - and you know how much money I’ve made out it. Not enough!!

One of the big limitations about it was that you couldn’t display other contextual ads on the same page as a page with Google Adsense. This made it really difficult to make money as it ruled out other advertisers. But now it’s ok!!

I love contextual advertising as it enables you to display ads related to your site! How cool is that? Anyway, due to this development, expect a few of my highly interesting (?!) ads to change over the next few days! Stay tuned!

Of course, I have no desire to just fill my site with ads!!! I’ll still be bringing you all the fun little ways to make money online!!
