How To Find Where You Rank In Search Engines
One of the most underrated and under-publicized webmaster tools has to be the fantastic Shoemoney Serps Script. The tool allows you to find quickly where you rank in Google, Yahoo, Altavista and MSN Search for specific search terms.
While there are other tools (and a lot of paid software) that allow you to do the same thing, I’m yet to find a tool that enables you to do it with such ease and speed.
It’s good fun and perfect for those quick “I wonder where I rank for…” moments.

I would bet that shoe logs all the searches conducted through his serps tool. He may provide it for free, but he learns about all of your sites in return.

I actually learned this from shoe himself. He doesn’t share his sites and I think he’s smart for doing that. If people knew his sites, they could figure out his secrets, and he’d be out a lot of money.
Now shoe knows there are a lot of smart webmasters out there that will use his little tool. Smart webmasters that might be doing search engine marketing/landing page stuff. And then he has a BIG list of teeming with potentially new ideas to exploit.

I’ve been looking at serp position tools recently. I have a whole bunch of simple pages that are optimised for a single keyword but they are all on different domains. Do you know of any tool that will allow you to enter in a whole bunch of urls/keywords and check them all at once rather than typing in each one individually?
