World’s Best Comment About Making Money Online?

A post on CashQuests recently received this comment about bloggers making money online that was so beautiful it brought a tear to my eye:

I just can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that a certain segment of the blogger population is crying in their beer about other bloggers making some “coin”.

If I am not mistaken, (I read this on another blog - and don’t remember the exact details) there was a conference held by certain members of the “Blogosphere” about whether or not they should even make money from blogs!

I mean, how absurd is that. The “Blogosphere” is not a socialistic collective.

We are, after all, Capitalists!!!

Did anyone think that profiting from this medium would not be standard practice at some point?

Blogging is not a religion, and the blogosphere is not a church group! You can weave into the fabric of any blog, a mixture of great content, honest opinion, and money making opportunities.

And, who cares about reviewers, bloggers, or authority bloggers who hide their affiliate link?

Folks, it’s “Caveat Emptor” no matter what program you want to buy, or membership you want to sign up for based on a blogger’s opinion.

Due diligence is the key, if you plan on engaging in any “buying” activity. I just don’t get why this electronic medium is so different when it comes to monetization.

The comment was left by Robert who must be some kind of money making genius with a brain the size of china because that’s one of the most intelligent comments that I’ve read online….ever!

I loved it so much that I copied it into an e-mail spammer and sent 1000 copies of it to every blogger who has ever talked crap about how you should disclose everything that you do to protect newbies and kissed themselves in the mirror after preaching in their socialist church that you should “value your readers more than money“.

If you’re serious about making money online, you only get the right to kiss yourself in the mirror after events that involve the words “PayPal” and “Funds received“.

At least now whenever someone complains about too much selling, affiliate links and harsh greed I can simply give them a link to this post say “read this. QED you suck.”
